Well i thought it was over or under watering, thought wrong i guess !!! She's been droopy for over a week now was never really a perky plant but damn never this drooped. So my question if anyone can help me diagnose her problem would be appreciated. Its the only one drooping but have a SD starting to claw a little . the rest are fine for now.

600 watt cool tube running MH
FFOF soil gave them 1 dose 1/4 tsp dyna grow
temps been up and down due to oscillating fan went out 75 and 82 degrees
RH 60 to 70%
watering every 4 to 5 days
3 gal pots

I have plants that are in 1L airpots, too small for them right now and rootgrowth has stopped, i have to water everyday and they droop because the roots are not happy, that doesnt look like you're problem or the roots would be coming out of the top of the soil, and the top of the soil would feel like a matress, clawing could be over watering, or too much nitrogen in the diet, i would flush and leave them for a week to dry out, let them have a day or 2 of pure dry soil, as i said i have to water mine everyday because they have so many roots that the pots cannot hold enough for them to drink lol, i will repot this week when i get soil.

thanks i've heard ffof sometimes cause N overdose but i'll flush i guess never had 2 flush this early b4!!! I just transplanted into 3 gal pots 3 days ago also.

thanks bubble and i agrreee!!! I just watered 2day and usually if it was anything else from what experience i have i would of showed me a sign a few hours after i watered and it was a light water too. i'm gonna just wait her out and see

yeah there's some leaf clawing, and their realy dark green. both those would indicate a little too much n. also the tops look a little crinkly. it looks like a little over on the fert (dyna is strong+ffof is pretty high nute as well). it's prob a little on the hot side temp wise as well. either do a little flush and try to get the temps down a little, or just plain water till like 10% run off for a week or two. hth

personaly i dislike the idea of flushing. i only do it when i know i screwed up with too much nutes. normaly i would just water with a little more run off than normal, then i prop up the pots at a 45 degree angle so it drains realy well.

i guess it cant hurt to flush since i just watered today!!!
make sure to let em dry out, iv made that mistake of flushing and not relizing the bottom of the pot is still moist, and continue to water usual cycle, i have even had a plant that refused to drink due to this, it sat for a month with no water while i waited for it to dry out.

when i mean it wasnt watered for a month, i mean it hadnt dominated the soil space with roots, and all the soil in the bottom of the pot was just damp soil with that the roots refused to grow into, its the worst because you feel it will never dry out.

iv never used ffof, but i use biobizz, its similar but i think ffof has a little more nutes in it, so i like to use the light mix for the little ones just to be safe because i have had the eagle clawing leaves with allmix, i think fox farms light mix is called happy frog, biobizz its call biobizz light mix, and the equivalent to ffof is called biobizz allmix.

i gotta agree with iikode, esp bc the plants are in realy big pots for their size. they def have had a high ammount of n, but, it's not like you burned them. overwatering is realy easy to do esp when you have small plants in big pots.

yep thats what i meant, im crap at explaining things, the perfect example to stop this happeneing would be something like

start seeds in 1L pots, 3 weeks after that move to 6L pots, after that put em in a flowerin container like 12-15L pots, keeps you from overwaterin in massive containers for the plant size, then what i said before doesnt happen, unlike when you go seed to 10L's you gotta be carefull with watering.

listen to 1itsme sounds like he knows whatsup and can explain it better than i can :) goodluck

right was talking to my wife she agreed not to flush cause of washing out all the beneficial stuff!! There green and still standing so i'm just going to let them ride. thanks guys for the insight though you guys been a big help!!

remember the good stuff can only be used if everythin is at the right levels, too much N and it may lock out other beneficial stuff, but i think they will handle it and grow out of it, just water em for the next few, only you will know when they need some nutes an that.
