drug test @ Concentra

I have an upcoming drug test at Concentra and I'm trying to find out if they will observe me. It's a pre-employment urine analysis. The company is private and non-governmental.

I've been reading that it's unusual for pre-employment drug tests to be observed because they have no reason to suspect you. I've also heard that it violates the Michigan Privacy Act.

Can anyone confirm this for me? I will happily post up my experiences after the test for others to glean knowledge from.

I've been doing my research and finding out if it's observed means I only have to substitute clean urine instead of putting my body through a heavy dilution process.

I posted the question on marijuana.com where I've been getting most of my info, but no one's answered.....

I cannot imagine them watching you. If they do, you may want to think twice.

Yeah, people have posted on forums that if they try to observe a pre-employment test, to refuse and "call your lawyer".

I'd agree..never heard of "observing" for a regular job.

If it's far enough away, I'd quit and buy a test kit.

On that note, it help's to piss a little then stop. then take your test. It's like dirt settling in your gas tank. (I think)

That's is you choose to use your urine.

They don't observe. You'll go into the bathroom by yourself. They usually
put blue dye in the toilet. They tell you not to flush the toilet or wash
your hands until after you give them the sample. Many of the locations
cut off the water to the sink so you wouldn't be able to wash your hands
anyway. You won't have a problem using another persons urine or a
synthetic such as "Quick Fix". I'd go the synthetic route myself.

No, they didn't watch me. I'd refuse to take if they do.

Passed all drug tests at concentra urin luck. Not one is monitered atleast a D.O.T. for a municapality.
