Dry and "cure" within a week?

Hello,

I just got news from my boss that i wont get paid this week so i am short of £30.

I wouldnt mind but that means i cannot afford travel for college for the rest of the month starting next friday!


So, i need to harvest a part of my plant off Tonight, and have it dried and cured by next thursday (so that is 7 days)

So, i just need to know the best way to get it smokeable by thursday next week. (Potency isnt important but the way it looks is important! i dont sell it really so i dont need to worry about my "rep", i just need to do this as a one off. So it needs to look nice so i can sell it to someone and they wont turn it away)

ITs about a week or 2 from harvest. 7-8weeks flowering roughly. I cant remember exactly because i dont write it down for obvious reasons.

I was going to just harvest it all and quick dry some and normal dry the rest. But i might as well leave the rest until the trichomes start changing.

i would cut the buds off the stalks (after trimming ,the way you want it) and get some pegs strung up in a dark and hang small pocorn size buds , i think this will dry in 3-4 days. my dry zone (hot water cupboard) is a even 21-23 degrees and about 45-50 Rh , this has worked for me , BUT every home , country and plant moisture is different,
im not a fan of drying flat (no real reason mate just me) i am new so please im just putting it out there, have you got a RH meter for when the rest is ready?

30 pounds, could you get a overdraft from your bank? save you cutting buds that are too young? i know its tough .

well ive just cut off two "popcorn" size buds off it and trimmed them. Im just basicly gonna leave them in my room wit hthe heater on...

if i dried for 3 daysish and cure for 3dayish, will it be okay to smoke? or will it require some sort of extra heating>?

When I wanna smoke buds early I just trim em and set them on my PS3 which runs 24/7. Usually dry enough to smoke in a few days but the taste always reminds me of port-a-potties.

oh man its really tough one, dudes have different acceptance of whats ok and whats not , im not a fan but water cure? i did it, smoked ok but buds were really dark brownish and smell funny, smoked ok and was actually darn good stone, but once again brother im just giving you my take on it , others will disagree with me and some will say if yu need to get money ASAP then what can you do? be honest and sell it bit cheaper and give a bit more mayby? ive purchased crap before not knowing what i know now- still fuck all ,lol, best of luck dude.-B73

come to New Zealand mate ill lend you a few buds , when yours is ready pay me back,may even take you out pig hunting ,last time i went out one of my dogs got pretty messed up (she had to be put down) stuck the fucker after about 30 minutes of madness , 180 pound razerback! fucken cunt of a thing,im 60 kgs so had a hard day hiking out

It's gonna smell and taste like hay probably, it's just not something that can be rushed IMO. It's a fucked up bummer when you need to rely on growing to get by, never a good idea.

Any side work to pick up.....at least thats cash. How much is your funny money compared to US dollar LOL.

FUNNY MONEY -LOL, thats what my old man called New Zealand money after working in the U.S , things are not so bad with our currency now, just the fucking place is too P.C , no one wants to be honest enough , same old over the world i guess, ...governments for ya

I take a couple of nuggs and hang them over top my lights for a day or 2 then put it in a jar for a few ays ..its good enough to smoke and has the same look as the nug it should be ,,
