I know people have used a little dry ice in their washing machines (to help chill the water).
However, I was wondering if anyone has tried extracting the water bubble bag 'start material' by using dry ice extraction first?
Using (say) a 400 micron equivalent mesh (must be well above 220 ..to my thinking).
And then, using the results of this extraction, as the starting material for a water bubble bag extraction?
In 'my mind'
You would not need to do any major stirring. Just minor agitation to separate the material in the cold water at the start.
Then, let things 'settle' and then agitate (spray with water) each bag as you bring it out (all the usual stuff from here on in).
You would not use much ice. Only using the amount required to chill the water. Or, better yet ..use some left over dry ice to keep the temp down. As the ice is really only there to cool things down ..at least, thats what Guru FrenchyC has mentioned in tutorials.
Yes, its more 'steps' in the process. I just wondered if it might be worth trying.
Thanks for any tips, your thoughts etc.
Peace.
