dry time on seeds?

I got some seeds outta my ladies. I was wondering if theres a certain amount of time you need to wait before tryen to germinate them. Its been 5 days now and the plant will dry for 2 more days before i smoike it. Will the seeds be ready by then or no? TY ps. These are auto flowering.
