Heavy duty pvc to cover it up
I’m assuming it’s the bathroom but that’s what I meant by not being able to take the wall down till I’m down with this run

no offense but when you have mushrooms growing outta your walls you gotta stand back and think about things. Maybe that area of your home isn't good for growing. Damp basement? Foundation leak? At the very least forget about the plants and think about your health and the building itself. Replace that drywall with MR (moisture resistant) board that is used in bathrooms. usually green or blue Identify wherethe moisture is coming from and fix the environment and then worry about the plants once it's back on track. Don't want people getting sick

Personally, I'd move or scrap the grow because if it's that bad, you're gonna fight powdery mildew and bud rot and probably lose the grow anyway.
Otherwise proceed at your own health risk.
Get a tube of low-odor silicone and a thick plastic sheet (6mil poly is good). Using the caulk, draw a perimeter around the affected area with a thick bead (I would include all along that whole baseboard) and then cover the area with the plastic, pressing it into the silicone sealing in all those danger spores. And realize that by sealing it in, you're also trapping the moisture and likely making the problem worse for when you do have to deal with it.

Our first house, wifey called me at work, "Honey there are mushrooms growing out of the floor next to where you step into the shower.". WTF?!
Gutted the shower and surrounding area. The idiot that built the walk-in shower didn't use any membrane or even water resistant wallboard, it was tile on a 1-2 inch thick mortar mix on 1-2 inches of gravel on bare plywood subfloor.
Solution: shut off all plumbing to that bathroom, after tear out, wash down/soak everything in bleach/water solution, let dry, soak and let dry again then new subfloor, new wallboard (rockboard in the shower and blueboard for the surrounding area, shower pan kit, water-proof membrane from shower drain to ceiling, full-flex thinset, mosaic and subway tile and color-matched caulk in all corners. Even added a built-in shower seat in the corner.

ebb flow tray, $129.oo for a 4x8 would be a good start for you. Maybe get the higher one, less splash prone.
The lower 2 ft of drywall needs to be cut out, remove all the insulation and cut out all the 2x4 wood with black mold. Spray with bleach then dry. You need to do that today, pull your plants out asap and get it done. Its fucked already, just contain it and keep it from spreading.
The mold will spread up the wall and pop out everywhere, this is really bad for a house. The insulation, if any, will act like a sponge and the black mold will creep up the wood and spread, especially in summer.

Edit — Sorry. Misread your OP and thought you had conflated the mold and the mushrooms. Now I see you know they’re separate. You’ve got some black mold in there, and then whatever is producing the mushrooms. Neither should affect cannabis plants, although the conditions that allowed it to grow on your drywall will be favorable for other stuff that would attack your bud.
I do commercial remodeling so I know a thing or two about fixing this shit, but it depends on how much work you want to to. If it were me, I’d demo all the damaged drywall and insulation and run a dehumidifier in there, find and fix any leaky plumbing, replace the insulation and drywall (use green board) and then install FRP paneling four feet up the wall around where you’re growing, unless you’re using a tent in which case just replacing the drywall, insulation, and trim and then hitting everything with mold resistant primer and semi gloss paint should keep that shit from coming back.
