Dryer vent in apartment

My setup is in my laundry room. Can I run a fan out the dryer vent. The vent goes to a courtyard where there are people sometimes grilling a such. Would the flap thingy give it away being always open?

doubt it most people would pay no attention if its for aircooled your fine if its for ventilation make sure u scrub the air so the peeps dont smell the skunk but unless they are there all day every day no on will notice

ok cool, If I wanted to run air IN through this would it work? the flaps would stay closed right?

ya the flaps would prevent u from doing that so just pop it out and then it would work

ok ya I live on the 4th floor in apartment complex not gonna happen but thanks, could I vent the air with a carbon scrubber with the fan sucking air from the room? or does the fan have to blow the air to move major air im confused

basically the dryer exhaust wont work as an intake plan on scrubbing your air and blowing air out drer vent.
wont work the other way around youll need a beastly fan right at vent to push air out your grow room

i meant can I put the carbon filter then a little duct then the fan then a little ducting to the dryer vent in that order
