Drying and Curing... My strategy and your opinions

So everything is harvested... We tried to make the humidity level and temperature perfect...

70 degrees F
55% humidity...


The air is circulating in there... I'm new to this... I was going to take down and finish trimming after the buds/sticks can snap and then let them dry longer on a rack... Maybe like a week and them jar the,... Opening the jars doe 6 hours a day until they smell good.

is this a good strategy? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Also I'm hoping the hanging part will only last a week? 55% is supposed to be perfect right? Too dry can make it harsh right?

after the stem snaps, i put them in jars. but i only leave the jar open for 15 minutes, 3 x a day...
6 hours seems a bit tooooo long....
