Drying and Ventilation

I have a plant cut up and drying in a 2x6 closet, it stays dark all the time and about 65 degrees. I have a little 6 inch fan blowing air around in there but no doors are open and no outside air coming in. Will my plants get mouldy? And is that enough ventilation for my buds.

Probably not. They can dry there. Only takes a week at most b4 they get jarred up anyway
Open the door once in a while
