Drying inside stealth cab?

Im going to start growing in a stealth dresser set-up and was wondering if there is anyway to have a drying room as part of your setup?

This is what it will look like 111.jpg

The space inside the box after sound/light proofing is about 90cm H x 90cm L x 40cm D,
The veg room will only be big enough to house 4 clones no mother running a 130w 7400k cfl
Flowering chamber, there will be one larger DWC bubbler tub with 6 sites, 3x 130w 2700k cfls
Drying chamber, will have racks of mesh to put the buds on

Its going to be set up as a perpetual type grow, 2 rows on separate time frames, harvested every 4.5 weeks. clones are 4 weeks old when they are transferred to flower room right into 12/12, then trained and scrogged to keep them short

Ventilation is where i need help, im planning on using a 4" inline exhaust fan and 4" carbon filter, drawing through all the chambers progressively via passive intakes

My main questions are
-will the bud be able to dry in this environment?
-Could i have the fan on a timer so it only comes on every half hour?

this seems like a cool idea, I like the inlet route as it should cause the air to stir up in the flowering chamber, however I'd put the clone chamber inlet at the bottom to cause a air circulation in there too.
Put a humidity meter in the grow room first, as if your humidity is high it might cause problems with drying too slowly, you could always put a small fan in there blowing over the bud too, and maybe a dehumidifier (disposable ones are super cheap) or even silicon bags that they put in shoe boxes.
its better to be dark for curing and drying so you might want to put a pvc elbow over the hole to act as a light trap, be careful with the different light cycles in the clone and mother room, once again a light trap is a good idea.

Why would you want the fan on a timer?

good luck
