Drying room temp at 68 with humidity at 60? How bad is this?

I have a very small setup and its rather warm where I'm at so the temp is unfortunately stuck around 67-68. I cannot bring it down to 60. humidity in the tent tho is a nice 60%. Sometimes it dips a little, no lower than 55. Are these good conditions for drying my plants? They were chopped yesterday and hanging - look OK.

Also is there a good guide on this forum for how to turn the leaves and stems and stuff into hash?
