Drying with Ozone Generator in room

In search of drying advice. I have a stealth "closet" basement grow going, two plants flowering 4 clones hopefully rooting, kept short with LST and FIM'ing. 2 weeks into flowering but looking ahead. Kept stealth with an ozone generator in the room, but not in the closet itself. I was originally planning on doing to initial dry in a shed on my property, but think it might be to cold, New England here, when the time comes. So am I safe doing the initial dry in the dark basement, with the Ozone Generator running, prior to transferring to Mason jars with hygrometers inside? I know ozone is bad for the plants when growing, how about during drying? Thanks for all the help these forums provide. I feel like I have gotten a Masters degree in growing in just the last few months! Onward and upward!!

you know what , thats a good question. i have never put ozone in the room with them. i dont see how it could hurt with them already being dead , but ozone is powerful , i would be scared it will suck the smell right out of the buds?

ozone sucks for covering this smell. once you invest in carbon you'll never go back. i get a filter with 40lbs of carbon in it for 130 bucks shipped to the door.

dont do it !! it will rob your terpine profile. dry your buds in a warm dark room or grow tent, until the stems "crack", should be within 7 days(or check humid, temp), then smoke, often, and store them in a sealed jar, opened daily and flipped. hurry up and smoke it up cuz you got more coming soon!
use a carbon stink sock with a small fan in the room, keep the air moving. It only stinks the day you harvest/trim it up. or get a bigger sock? I have 6 full time in the grow, and one in the dry room(secret jardin tent).
Ozone is good to run in a less than ideal room, during the times you are not drying. mold does not like it. and there is mold in this dark cool area, just so you know.
