What is a Ceramic Metal Halide light and whats the difference from a regular MH light?

Randy Rocket is correct on standard MH bulbs. I don't know if that is the same as "Ceramic" bulbs.

that second one is at 3000k thats more a flower range

the fist is at 4000k not really a good one. but it will work.

her are some speck on the bulb I use It's 400 watts and 32000 lumens @ 7200k.

Ceramic is a higher quality bulb type that wears better with age than conventional MH bulbs. They offer longer life and more consistent output. The older style is quartz metal and has numerous flaws compared to CMH bulbs. GE uses the term ConstantColor© for their CMHs and Philips uses MasterColor©. They boost up to 96 CRI, and are suitable for veg and/or flowering.

Edit: I guess I'll mention the one major drawback before someone else.... They max at 400 watts.
