first grow. dwc. 3 ladies. dont know what strain. started from clones. there about 14 inches. a week an 3 days into flower (12/12). all i have for lighting is a 4 foot shop light. 250 watt hologen (for heat). and a couple full spectrum uvb bulbs. there doing great for what i have. i can see buds staring to form everywear and i just want to smoke em 
but what can i do to increase yield? i already know about LSt,molassas,sog,scrog,supercropin,uvb, pruning and topping but which produces better results?? i also heard that you harvest when the little crystal are orangish red for that pain killer high. and clear or cloudy for an energetic high.
