dwc veg problems, nute burn or deficiency?

I have 6 different strains going in a shared reservoir dwc. Most are doing ok but the chemdawg is having alot of trouble. My querkle seems to be a runt. GDP, mendo purps, purple trainwreck, and gods gift are all doing alright.

Temps = 60-70f
Water temp = 60-62f
Light = CFL's
Nutrients = GH using Lucas formula now at 350 ppm using a .5 conversion
Water = Tap water at 30ppm (yes 30)
PH = 5.5-5.8

Clones came in dirt cups, transferred to dwc cloner for 1 week. Then moved to veg system for about a week now.

Magnesium and potassium deficiency? I can't figure it out. Nutrients were at 150ppm but i bumped it up to 350ppm 3 days ago. Do i need to add some calmag?

your main problem right now is that your small plants should have a PPM around 250-300 and your larger ones need about 600-800 so either way, all your plants cant be happy

The chemdawg had stem rot, I think that is what killed it. It came with a peat plug or rockwool or something on it, and I didn't remove all of it to avoid damage roots. The rest recovered. The querkle stayed a runt yielded like 7g. The gods gift died when put under higher wattage hps. The rest recovered and produced about 10oz under a 600.

I also added calmag and that helped a bit.

I think I had also nute burned them at the point in those pictures.

So to sum it up: stem rot, mag deficiency, and nute burn.
