Dying plant... What is going on here?

Thoughts on the pic? Im about to just pull it out of the batch. The new growth looks good though, so maybe theres hope for this one?

Ive been using organic nutrients, not too strong, every few waterings. (blood meal, fish emulsion, worm casting tea....)

are you using tap water?

Just flush it and then slow way down on nutes and she will survive NP.
