E-Ballast Question/Electrical

I'm not real knowledgeable when it comes to electrical work.......except I have been hit with both 120/220V before. My question is: I have a Ultra Grow 1000 Watt Dimmable Ballast Model UG-EB1000. I want to run it on 220V. The output cable has the typical slide for two different types of connectors. The hood is a Sunleaves Sunspot 6" air cooled reflector, but it appears the cable (S-Cord) is soldered to the mogul connector. I want to run this at 220V but have no clue what I need or need to do to make this happen. I have a certified electrician who will do wiring from the main box for me.....but what do I need??? Any help would be much appreciated......I'd like to get this accomplished by this weekend. Thanks much for resolve from this newbie!!!!

your electrician should know...it's really no different than any 220 outlet (dryer or stove) but these are lesser rated fuses and smaller copper cable and the appropriate receptacale....I think a dual 20 amp fuse and 12 AWG wire....but don't quote me
