E-Bay Feedback - "Neither Reasonable Or Unreasonable" ???

When leaving feedback for Ebay sellers
I was asked "How Reasonable were the shipping costs?"
I then had to choose from:
Very Unreasonable
Unreasonable
Neither Unreasonable or Reasonable
Reasonable
Very Reasonable.

If something is 'neither reasonable or unreasonable'
what else can it be???

I also find the 'Very' reasonable/unreasonable fucking stupid!

REASONABLE is not a nuanced word.
