have been drying my buds for about 10 days now, after 2 small test harvests each of them have ended up smelling like sweet hay. all of em have ended in that way because i feel like i didnt give my buds enough dry time would jar with stem too flimsy, this time im waiting till they crack no matter what. decided to give them a manicure on the 10th day figured it would smell like hay, it did on the outside but once i started getting in there that dank stinky nose burning smells was hiding in between the buds, was wondering if anyone trims and puts them back in their hanging setup setup? and if this is something to avoid until the day theyre to be put in jars,i still probably have about 3 or 4 more days i hope till the stemp snaps and i can put them in jars. i hope to god this time they dont end up smelling like that stupid hay shit getting so annoyed . do you think me trimming them a couple days before jarring is going to effect the smell? i dried this time in a small grow tent at about 60% rh n about 55 temp
