Hey there i was curious what u all thought.. i looked amd dont see any?

Does this look like spider mites earlie? Any suggestions?
What to do?

Little too much nitrogen and/or slight thrip damage. Wierd I just had deja vu.

Is that a couple of thrips on the leaves in the pic?
