Should I go ahead and cut them? Thanks for your help!It's not well, that's for sure. If in soil, check the soil pH. It looks like they may need P, Ca, maybe some N, all of which could be from pH. They're a little far along, though. Slight corrections should be made but you might want to focus on avoiding the same problems next run.

I checked the hairs and they are mostly brown especially on top. Still got some white below that.Have you looked at the trichomes with a magnifier/scope, to see if it's ready ???
