ebb and flow question

i just started this hydro system been growing in soil for a year,i trasplanted a plant from a dwc to a ebb and flow table in clay pellets now my timer is set to come on every 6 hours for 15 min. and the plant still looks a little weak is this couse of the transplant or should i make the watering more often

Run your pumps only with the lights on. 15 minutes every 3 to 5 hours.

If your plants look better first thing in the morning before they feed then they are getting too much moisture. If they look better a hour after the feed, then they probably need more feedings.

Of, yeah... Cleaning the roots out of the balls sucks. The roots love growing in them, cleaning them out after harvest, no one loves.
