EC/TDS blah blah, is this nutrient testing?

Im looking tester pen heres one im looking at: hydroponic supplies and equipment for hydroponic grow systems : Canadian Wholesale Hydroponics. 1 (877) 226-4769

Does this one check nutrient levels? if so , which one is it? EC? TDS? fuck man why cant they just say PPM?!
Also, it says auto calibration , does this mean I dont need that calibration liquid?

Its fine.

ppm is a calc of EC or TDS. It probably has a setting to display what you want. my blue labs does. (it defaults to CF out of the box)
Get cal fluid too. Its good to test/check it every once in a while. Don't reuse the cal fluid either. And do read the instructions, especially on how to store it.

it says to "Keep probe moist" howwould you do this?by just putting the cap back on the pen while its wet?

Costs a lot for what you get. Buy a bluelab trucheon they are more reliable than the pens. You can always pick up a cheap pH pen too. Auto calibration with the liquid I'm sure too, bluelab never has to be calibrated.
