San Diego 1st level rate $.31 KWH.240 usd per kwatt according to google, kinda high imo, 6kw a day for 24 hrs @250 watts. X 31 days. Bout $45 bucks usd according to my calculation. Factor in all the watts you will use for the grow, fans humidifier etc... it adds up.

They say wind power and solar is our next power source instead of taking care of outdated power grid
thats why I say sell it to the grid,batteries are the bigest letdown with alternative energy, theres not enough investment into there tecnology. but i hear thats all changing now
