Has anyone tried it? How does the plant react to such a rapid growth? I have done a little research and it seems like it would work relatively well.

When the water decomposes ,i heard it richens th air with my oxygen, if you applied that method to a aeroponics setup wouldnt the increase of oxygen make the plants grow faster and bigger?

Plants intake Co2, not pure oxygen. Just use a Co2 tank, or a Co@ burner!
