End result of drying at 60/60 for 2 weeks?

For the users out there who dry at 60/60 and have your setup dialed in. What is the end result when you go 2 weeks or even longer?

What I mean is, when your buds hit the jar (or whatever) and you throw a meter in there, are you getting a stable 60% RH every time? Is the RH ever leaning higher or lower?

If you’re maintaining 60/60 you can leave them hanging for a few weeks and bypass burping. I do put a meter in each bucket and sometimes it says to leave the lid off for a bit. I usually just gauge by flavor and how it smokes. My intake does have a filter.
