Enough Lighting?

Hey everyone i am almost a week into a grow and so far one has died. Im running 3 13w CFL's over my four ladies in a pretty small space. Im trying to keep then small so after flowering they max out at around 3 ft. Does anyone think this operation will work, or should i step up the lighting?

No, definitely step up the lighting. If you got four plants I would say get at least two 27 watt cfl's for every plant. Make sure you get the "daylight" cfl's. They will most likely read 6500k. This will be good for the veg stage.

Also, to keep it nice and tidy, get you some of those Y splitters if you can. This will allow you to throw two lights into one socket.
