Enough Lumens for my plants?

Hey guys, I'm new to the growing community and I'm looking for a answer from some of the experts.

Like I just said I have just started my first grow, I'm using half a 7foot tall cabinet for veg and the other half for flowering, the space in question is about 3' tall, 2.5' wide and 1.5' deep. I'm currently growing 6, 1 week old purple kush plants under 4 150watt and 2 100 watt CFL bulbs = apx. 12,000 lumens.

And then my budding chamber is 3.5' tall, 2.5' wide, 1.5' deep and has 6 150watt and 1 100watt= apx. 17,000 lumens.

Do you think this is enough lumens to veg and then bud my plants healthily? Anything you guys have to say would help me alot! Thank you very much for your time!

Edit: I also forgot to add, I'm only interested in growing 2 foot tall MAX but I still want dens nice buds.

so 800W and 12K Lumens for Veg you say, that is plenty for Veg, hope most of them is 6500K

and 1100W and 17K Lumens for flowering enoguh tho Im sure you could move a bulb or two from the Veg room to the flowering room, small plant in Veg dont need a 3th of the light as flowering plants (hope the majority of the flowering bulbs is in 2700K)

you dont have much space to work with, specially in hight, may I suggest a Scrog (keep a net over you plants and let em grow in to it so you end up with a canopy of buds all close to the bulbs

remember, trick with CFLs is to keep em close, they only give really good strong and perfect light at 2-4 inch`s at 4-10 they provide ok light but after 12" they dont provide much (according to my light meter) so a scrog would be kind a perfect for CFL IMO

ok great thanx for the information! yes the bulbs in the veg room are 6500k and in the bud room 2700k, i was also think about the scrog idea but because im growing small plants i didn't think id need it. moneys not a problem so do you think id better to keep 800 watts in the veg room and then maybe upgrade the flowing room to 8 150watts?
