so far a little over 6 weeks into flowering, kinda dissapointed in my 1st grow. Doesnt look promising, well, at least not more than 10g

At least another 2 weeks and then post updated pics. It till has some filling out to do for sure. I don't see anything to be unhappy with yet. She's looking fine

Gotta agree with ismokealottaweed,you've got nothing to worry about,i reckon you've got about 3- 4 weeks to go.Those pistils(the white hairs)have gotta retract back into the calyx(seed pod)and then the buds will start swelling up and get big.
Get yourself a jewellers loupe off of ebay for £5 or something,they're normally 35x magnification and when approx 50% of the pistils have turned brown,get out your loupe and check the resin glands(trichomes).I usually wait till they all turn milky with a few amber colour ones and then i harvest,it gives a nice stoned,warm felling.If you chop them when the trichomes are clear then you'll get a more heady,buzzy buzz which some people prefer.
I grew white widow by Dutch Passion 3 grows ago and chopped them when the trichomes were clear and the smoke wasn't half as strong as it should have been.I was gutted.
Anyway,just be patient,I know it's hard when it's your first grow cos you just want to sample your delights but try to hold off till they're fully ripe cos it'll be worth it.
Oh,how many plants are you growing and what light's are they under?You should be looking at 1.5 to 2 ounces if grown from seed under 600 watt HPS(depending on how many you have under the lights).
