I've heard that the for is up towards 50% contained.

So get this shit,
A certain friend of mine lives in Black Forest, and I texted him to see if he was okay, and told him if he needed anything, to hit me up.

I get a text back.
” I'm homeless, lost everything, I'm hungry, ill trade ya some wax or flowers for food, as a work at a nice restaurant, with good food at a fair price.

Anyway, I arrange with the other management team, look if this guy comes in, and I'm not here, just comp his food under my name.
So, I set this buddy up, with a pre-paid meal for him, his girl, and one other gentleman.

He ended up showing up on Friday evening; I comped three fairly expensive dinners, and of course drinks and apps.

I say to him,” don't even worry about paying me anything bro, just eat, and chill.

So, he tells me only a portion of his home is damaged, then it became just smoke damage, them he said,” ah, we're fine”

He did end up paying with some” wax”..in which he placed on a tiny piece of aluminum foil, all crumpled up...wtf?
I ended up just throwing it away, it smelled okay...but eff that.

Sorry, had to vent that out..as I was a little disturbed, that he used my vulnerability as a friend to encourage a free meal under false-hoods, and to re-pay me with what he offered was garbage...haha

My point is, I've already met people here that I consider more friendly and honest with one another than I have outside the RIU CO Colorado forum.

Wow. Dunno what to say. Good on you for caring. People never cease to amaze me. Hell that's a news story of people taking advantage of the kindness of others I guess.
