soo.. I grew a single plant as a test.. with nothing more than a modified Lucas Method 1 tsp maxibloom with 1ML of GH micro per gal.. with pure blend tea and great white shark to prevent root rot
5 Gal bucket DWC

2 CXA 3070's each driven at 41V x 2.5 amps about 105W's each cob

Tyrone special AUTO!! 20/4 from seed to finish

6.5 ozs dry off one plant... if this isnt proof that all those nutes they advertise is bullshit.. i donno what is. also autos can fucking produce...

Not proof nutes are bullshit, just proof that minimal nutes can still produce good yields.

100% agree OP. I have recently been commenting on a thread where the OP "cannot afford" to grow to many plants OUTSIDE.

Where did all the costs come from? Its a plant for fk sake, nature has been growing it for centuries for free.

Autos will do what they do regardless. All thats proof of is good breeding. You probably could have fed it mountain dew and it still would have tongue punched your fart box.

Although you have a wonderful looking plant, autos in dwc have been known to pull 4x that weight when grown with full feed...so unfortunately youve grown a small plant in comparison to other regularly fed auto dwc grows. So the proving thing is off the table.

I agree with autos, and low feed rates just so ya know. The science is just off in my eyes on the topic of the thread.

how is it off? and from what ive seen a 1/4lb from one auto in a 5 gal is pretty good compared to other grows.. the plant would not handle more than 700ppm. so im not sure what you mean by under feeding it?.

Tyrone special by Mephisto genetics is one of those strains that really doesn't get the credit it deserves, it produces well with a minimal of nutrients. I grew one in 3 gallons of coco that yielded 6oz and never took more than 1ec the entire grow. And potency was surprisingly high, still one of my favorite auto strains.
