excess of nitrogen or overwatering?

Hi everyone! i think i have a problem with one of my seedlings don't know if it's an excess of nitrogen or overwatering(or maybe is healthy and i'm being overprotective) .... it has been growing slower than the other plants the leaves are a bit curled...i must mention that i didn't used any fertilizers yet and my soil has a ph of 6,4 +/- 0,5 and N 1000mg/l , P 100mg/l , K 300mg/l... i have 2 CFL's and this baby is the farest from lights , around 25cm away from light don't know exactly i can only estimate the distance... i have attached some pics of it.

... well this is my first grow ever and it's normal for me to be anxious... heard many people over the internet and from people in flesh and bones who says it's not that simple to grow

Nah, it's a plant, all it knows how to do is grow, as long as we as gardeners don't get in its way that's what it will do :peace:
