Occasionally , I'll get tucked into to some bud , although weed is great for falling to sleep it's actually not great for quality of sleep , it's all relative , adding a couple of beer into the mix , although that's probably more the issue but the combo is a kicker .

Further more what exactly causes this morning haze . Is it lack of REM sleep . Dopamine down regulation , dehydration .
