Expanded closet grow, cant keep temps down

So I had a 600w in a tent in my closet.. I decided to take the tent out and do the whole closet and add another 400w. I tried adding a fan, a portable A/C, and now while my closet is cool, my room is like 90 degrees and it's only like 50 outside. I live in an apartment but I want to vent into the ceiling if possible. Nobody lives above me, but I don't know how thick our ceilings are or where the heat will go/affect the rest of the house. Is that a good idea? Any ideas/insight/comments/criticism?

It would blow my circuits lol. I live in an old apartment and even adding the AC on the same outlet as the 400w+600w+fans+co2 blows it. I have a 500w dehumidifier I can't run either.

What kind of fans do you have? If you just get a blower and a cool tube for your light you can vent out of the window and take care of the heat at the source. Maybe run it through a filter so it doesn't smell so bad outside...
