Expecting below freezing, should I chop?

I have a predominantly sativa plant outside, it is about a week and a half away from finishing flowering. I would like to complete the flowering stage however, we are expecting temperatures of 27 degrees Fahrenheit for about 4 hours. The plant has already been very resilient when it comes to low temperature. It has milky tricomes however, half of the hairs are still white. If I leave it out, will it survive the cold, or do I need to chop it?

The only means I have of protecting it is covering it with a sheet, really late and night and putting hand warmers under the blanket. Could this provide enough heat to protect it from frost, or again do I need to chop it?

Thanks ahead of time for taking the time to provide me with an answer.

Namaste~

If the plant gets bitten, you can harvest. otherwise, let it go; the plant will look dead once frostbit, but this will not affect your product. Let nature do it's thing, and harvest when you're ready, or when the plant tells you to. hope this helps!

Also, it has survived 31 Fahrenheit on 4 occasions, And has lived in temps lower than 50 degrees Fahrenheit at night for the last month.

let it go, or post pics if you think it's mature. If it's bitten, you will have no problems, only a happy ending.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!!! This my first outdoor plant, So weather is the factor i know the least about, northern MN is so unpredictable, it was literally 84 degrees out less than 4 days ago. So is the general consensus that it wont kill my baby?
