Experienced Grower Needed For Advice

hey everyone..Need a little advice here..Due to space size and number of strains going on i decided to cut clones of plants at around 8 inches tall..so plants are not mature but growing well some are huge as we speak..anyways i have had around 6 cutting put directly in 12/12 flowering inside dome inside grow tent ...totally lightproof (checked everything) the problem is its been almost 20 days and nothing..plants get misted every day,temps are good and one of them has already developed roots and still no signs of sex.any reason why..is it maybe plants were mature enough..i ask because ive saw vids where they have shown sex within 2 weeks but idk whats going on..i would love to c whats what so i can weed out males and start training the one i know ill flower..any help is appreciated very much

I can't say I'm an expert or anything but after taking your clones I would want to give them time to develop a little bit of roots and become established before I put them into flower...but that's just me ;)

Well I've had some sativas that took upwards of 3-4 weeks without 3-5 days of complete darkness prior to 12/12

Well I grow all fems usually but had a regular Blackwater OG seed and it's 2.5 feet tall now so out of my 7 different strains I took a couple from the BWOG and threw one straight in flower just to sex it. If it's a male I can make some more room lol. I'll let you know how my little experiment does. I did this yesterday....
