Explosive Gasses in my Cab ?

I have a couple babies in a Rubbermaid mini cab. I spray painted the inside of the cab flat white (Krylon). Set it up for a bit with the lights running just to see how she did. Opened the lid for a bit and holy fuck - it reeks like a paint factory.

Will the heat of the lights cause toxic, potentially explosive gasses to leach from the paint ? I don't want my weed to taste like spray paint. Nor do I want to blow half my house up.

LMAO! That's some straight up Saturday night funnies man. Sounds like you should let the cab air out for a few days while the paint does its little chemical reaction while drying. I dunno if it's lethal tho move heard some people sniff it for fun. I would def not suggest doing that nor do I do it myself. lol

How long did you let the paint dry? It usually takes the paint a couple of days (at least) for the fumes to stop, or at least dwindle down.

Only 24 hrs . I know, I know. I'm sorry.
I moved them back into a temp container. Will wait another 24. If it's still stanky, I might have to break down and buy a small tent.

Thanks for the feedback.

I had to LOL..while fumes can be flammable, it takes a large concentration to actually ignite. I used to do auto body work on the side with a guy, we would spray paint cars, in the middle of the winter, with a open flame wood stove going inside the garage we used as a paint shop, the guy spraying usually had a cigarette hanging out his mouth. It was kinda cool watching the fumes ignite 2-3 feet out of the wood stove..but that's all it ever did..lol..the amount of fumes your getting aren't shit..just let the paint cure under the lights, it will make sure it has completely outgassed.
