Extracting vaped material for cooking, Butane or ISO?

My friend and I have been saving our vaped product for a few months and we've saved up more or less 60g of vaped materials. We almost always vape super high quality, mega chronic stuff (like widow, or well-grown strains of kush, etc). The vaped product we have is a light brown color and smells like peanut butter. We don't vape at an extremely high temperature and the remains look like a light/mid brown color with the occasional hints of green still on it. i'm sure there are still cannabinoids in the buds.

Our intent is to save up about 70g (2.5 oz) of this vaped chronic and try and do a solvent extraction and then cook with it. I was wondering if anyone has done this before because I have two questions:

1) Which method do you think would work better? Butane-Honey oil extraction or Iso wash? I know BHO gives you a purer, better tasting oil, but remember i'm going to be cooking with this stuff after it's extracted so I don't know if it matters.

2) If anyone has done something like this before, how much yield can I expect out of 2.5 oz of vaped chronic? What's a reasonable estimate? I hear that for a butane extraction in general you expect anywhere from 0.5-1.5g of oil per oz of quality stuff. I figure the vaped stuff has a much lower amount of stuff left in it so the yields will be kinda low.

Last question: With vaped stuff, would it be better to cook it directly into the butter instead of trying to do an extraction? I've read mixed things for each method.

Thanks guys

I cant see the point of extracting when ur gonna eat it anyway, u may as well jus mix th vaped bud in with the food and eat it, its not like greens r bad for ya lol. That way u will get 100% of any cannaboids(spl)

Yeah, just do it in the butter, don't mess weith the extracvtiong. Use 3X the amount regularly used in buttter..

I have a vaporizer, I stir once and toss out garbage. You are lucky if you get a few hits once stired. And then there was none (trichs)

I cook my vape buds all the time! The problem is that it's really inconsistent and I think the high takes a little longer to hit you. I cooked an 8th of vaped buds by tossing it in some oil and frying it up, put it on a sammich (roast beef) and gobbled the sucker up. Maybe I should have put it on a balonnie sammich because I was stoney balonnie after that!
