Extraction advice please

Been making BHO for about a year. I have a 60g metal tube, and I usually extract 3-4 runs onto ptfe paper and cook it off in warm water. After it's cooked down, I put it into vacuum chamber with a dual stage pump. My question is I keep it around 90-95 degrees. How often should I run a vacuum pump? Currently I run it about 10 minutes every two hours, but it takes me 3-4 days to finish it. I have been told it should finish in 2 days. What am I doing wrong? Use vacuum pump a lot more?

It will be easier and faster to purge, if you bring it up enough to melt it and turn it into a liquid so that the bubbles can more readily escape. That typically is around 110/115F.

At 90/95F 3-4 days is in the ball park, depending on how thin a film.

It will purge faster if you run your pump 24/7, but not radically so, and all pumps are not 100% duty cycle. Is yours?

I use a Welch 2052 and purge cotton candy extract to below 10% of FDA Class III residual solvent standards in about 4 hours at 115F.

It takes longer starting with an open blast raw oleoresin, because it starts out with more residual in it, but in a thin film, under the same conditions that cotton candy is inflated into thin bubbles, you can get down to the same levels relatively fast. Really fast except it boils all over our oven or vacuum chamber, so has to be done in controlled steps.
