Eye Damage

just wondering if being in a room with a hps is damaging to your eyes, the light is mostly covered with mylar so i cannot see it but the refelection makes it out, can this hurt my yee?

if you stare directly at it. for extended periods of time. which is another reason you shouldnt smoke those gargantuan joints youve been puffing on in the growroom. not to mention smoke is bad for plants.

at first when i got my lights my eyes werent used to the light. now i dont even really notice it anymore. but im sure its not very good for em. but its just like the sun u know. its not bad for ur eyes to be outside but stare into the sun and im sure u will understand lol. momma was always right.

man you really gotta stop smoking those big foots dick sized joints that scias was talkin about....first your sunburn, now your eyes...now theres going to be a warning on all hps lighting systems that specifically says DO NOT SIT IN GROW ROOM SUCKING ON GINORMOUS JOINTS, MAY CAUSE SEVERE SUNBURN AND OR EYE DAMAGE.

im too broke to buy sunglasses. damn hps's so expensive cant afford to protect myself from them. lol jk Damn 600th post.

Its not really important unless you like to watch your plants grow like me. I keep my uv sunglasses in my flower room at all times.

It gives one of my buddies a headache when he sits under the HPS too long, I get aggitated easier hehe..
