Hi, I been failing in cloning big time. I lost a lot of clones too. I tried bubble and , rockwool method with nothing but mushy hollow dying stems.

Bubble Cloning kept everything cleaned 78F water temp and kept the stem in the water add h202. All but one survived.

Rockwool humidity dome the temp inside the dome was 84F had the clones under a heating mat mist them 3 times a day.Opened the dome three times a day for airflow to come. Used cloing gel made sure no bubbles. All died but one. Within 3 days.

I used 1 24 watt flour I bought at wal mart.

I kept everything cleaned and cut the clone correctlly.

I been thinking it has to be the tempreture. I will try to keep temps in the 72F-76F range. It may take longer to root but I dont see no other way. My strain is Master Kush@

I am trying this method I found online I hope it works!!

ps. I dont think he used a dome in his article?

I had many problems with clones to... i was told that anything over 82degrees and roots wouldn't grow..... I was also told by somebody that they love the heat.... personaly i think it's all in the strain. since my last 10 clones all 10 are alive and growing.... before that it was terrible. keep sticking with it though... don't change to much at once... I personally have had my success by cutting up the stem and splitting it right up the middle all under water. then putting it into rooting gel(i use olivia's) then directly into dry soil with no nutes(I make a hole first so the gel doesn't rub off) then i close the dirt around it really well. then i bottom fed the pots with water until they were very wet. then i put them under a dome and put them under CFL's. after 5 days I open the dome for 10 minutes. then after 10 days i take the dome off completely and new growth starts..... my temps inside the dome are 72-76 and the RH is 88 and above.
good luck with it and don't give up!!
I went through a couple dozen till i got it.
