Fan and carbon filter question

I wanna buy the phresh spliced hyper fan 6 inch or 150mm. How long would my carbon filter need to be to clean the air properry.

I currently run a cheap fan and 6 inch fan an 6 inch carbon filter but it's only a short carbon filter bout 250mm long

you pretty much leave them on 24/7 and I usally change the carbon rocks about once a year and change the filters every 2 grows! just buy cotton rolls from a local craft store works great!

I mean how long as in how long does carbon filter have to be the one I have is 250mm long and does not scrub the air I can still smeall pot do I need one 500mm or 1 meter long that's my question

You need to know the size of your room. Phresh website tells you the calculations and shit. Then make sure your fan isn't gonna blow too much air.

A lot of issues arise when trying to move to much air through your filter. The filter should be rated for max CFM. I only need 80 cfm in the winter to eliminate odour in my 8x8 shed, just enough to keep it in a slight negative.
