Hello everyone,
I am currently in week 4 of veg, and here is some info on the grow
Nutrients:
Botanicare PBPG
CalMG+
Liquid Karma
Superthrive
Info:
Water: RO
Water PH: 5.8
Soil PH: about 7
Ambient Temps: 78
Soil Temp: 74
Soil: Happy Frog
Humidity: 50-60
Photoperiod: 24hrs
Light: 400w MH Air cooled hood
Light was about 8 inches above canopy, i thought i saw signs of heat stress so it is now about 1.25 feet above.
Watering every 2-3 days 48oz each
feeding every other watering (with ph balanced water after adding nutes to approx 6.5 to 7)
1 week ago i flushed plants (in 3gal pots) with 8 gals water each plant because the plants were showing some problems. i figured out i was not shaking the nutes prior to mixing and was not adjusting ph of water after nutes were added. i thought that they might have had nute lockout due to low ph. so i flushed... growth has sped up, but signs of problems are still here.
watered 2 days later no nutes
Fed 4-5 days after flush w/ 2.5ml/gal of pbpg, 2.5ml calmg, 2.5ml liquid Karma, 1 drop/gal superthrive
going to water again tomorrow
I am LSTing
the plants are sick... not sure whats wrong... yellowing fan leaves, interveinal chlorosis (and browning) from tip in
Leaves are clawing and making a V shape, look for yourself (possible heat stress, hood has been raised now)
i thought it was a salt buildup or something of the sort so thats why i flushed. they grew ALOT after flush but are still showing signs of problems
also i have some small flys/nats what should i do about them.. not quite sure what they are...
