Fan leaves dying and falling off too early?

First time grower. Not another one. I know . I'll be honest, I haven't been keeping a journal or track of progress, so the age is a guesstimate. (I'm tracking and noting everything with the second grow I started.)

STRAIN: LSD Cookies by The Seed Connect (2 plants)

AGE: Sprouted between the end of Oct and beginning of November. So about 8 weeks, going into 9.

LIGHT CYCLE: 18/6, current DLI: 32 (although I'm not sure how accurate the beta version of the Photone app is.)

FEEDING: Every week. Grow nutes: Organic NPK 2-2-2, Bloom nutes: Organic NPK 1-3-1. Admittedly, I was using tap water to feed and not knowing that my tap water had a pH between 8 and 9. For the past two feedings, I've been using rainwater with a 6.5 pH.

TEMPERATURE AND RH: Fluctuates between 74-80° and around 50-55% RH.

At first, I thought it was nutrient lockout when the problem started, so I corrected the pH. Then I thought it was light stress, so I lowered the light intensity to see if it would help, and now I don't know for sure but the detriment of the leaves hasn't slowed any although the buds seem to be growing still.

I don't know how not having fan leaves will affect the overall bud quality/structure/growth itself. So what do you all suggest I do? Give them more time to possibly develop more, supplement them with more nitrogen, or just go on ahead and harvest and start a new grow?

What’s your medium? Looks like your somewhat close to the end anyways I just had a messed up grow like this and the bud quality to be honest was not really affected but yield definitely was, I had drainage issues because I didn’t add perlite to my fox farm and my medium never really dried out, possibly also due to the fact that led lights have a bit more of a calcium and magnesium demand, also contributing to poor water uptake, I’d finish with plain water no more nutes, what kind of light?
