Fan leaves yellowing early?

Hi all, first grow here and I’m working with Orange Cookies. All was going perfectly until about three weeks ago when I began to see signs of nutrient burn. The signs got worse and worse and then seemed to have come to a hault about a week ago. I thought I had it under control After flushing last watering but I fed lightly the other day, opened the tent yesterday and saw dropping yellow leaves. I opened today and they were basically dead- some even dry. I am only about week 6 of flower and (maybe) 20% darkening of pistils at this point so I think it’s a little early for this to be a natural occurrence. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to best move forward?

Here’s some facts:
-Orange Cookies (found a random seed in a bud- bud was slamming so I figured I’d try it out and it sprouted!)
-growing in a 50/50 mix of happy frog and coco/perlite
-I water roughly every 3 days and feed each time
-I am using fox farm trio (at recommended feeding chart levels) +Calimag @ 2tsp/gallon
-recently added liquid koolbloom 2tsp/gallon approximately week 2 of flower
-signs of burn showed approx one week after the first feeding and I stopped koolbloom for the next week
-I thought it needed more nutrients so I fed it normally(just without koolbloom) for another week but signs of nite burn kept increasing
-I flushed
-thought we were all good
-fed following week and next day the fans were yellow
-woke up today and leaves were w

I will post more visuals tomorrow. She went to bed for the night and I didn’t have enough time to Snap any decent images.
HALP! (Seriously, any useful input is appreciated)

What kind of light you got in there? And what’s your environment like

Your bloom booster probably has very high npk numbers. That may have upset the fungi. In other words it could have thrown off the soil ph. The fix is water. Just plain water; don’t flush or do anything drastic. Just water the plants as normal for a week or two and see how it looks then. Feeding more could make it worse and it’s better they are a little hungry than given too much. Could also be just a salt buildup. Either way water is the fix.

Thanks for the reply! I Was a lil buzzed when I wrote this post and cant believe I forgot the most impressive parts of the setup!
I have a next light core light core LED, ac infinity inline exhaust w charcoal filter, two small fans to keep air circulating with a nice soft breeze and a co2 bag. I have a dehumidifier going and I keep it at 40-50% humidIty and approx 77degrees F.

I was thinking the booster was the culprit but don’t have enough experience yet. I will be watering her today with PH neutral water. Here arecouple more pics from this morning...

Yeah too much food caused pH out and than you “see” def...

Hey man did I read that right about the cal- mag (2 tsp) per gallon. I don't know what brand your using but that would be real high if I used that much in the brand I use... See the pics...
