Tent is 120x120x200cm tall, currently have a 4inch tt inline fan, I don't believe the fan is powerful enough for passive intake to work as I can't really feel an air being sucked through the ducting for my intake, maybe a little bit i can but not much at all, can anyone recommend what size fan I should, ideally it needs t be a quite fan as I have the tent in my bedroom as I don't have anywhere else to grow, and if the smell gets bad I will remove the 4inch fan and get a fan that you suggest to me, regards

does the tent look as if its being sucked in around the sides when it is zipped up dude? if so, passive intake will be fine unless the air going in is as hot or warmer than the air already in there... ie. an attic grow

Hi Mate,

What light you got in there? and you in UK or USA?
I have the same tent in the UK and I think the best bet is a 6inch RVK with filter combo on a speed/thermo controller.

It doesn't look like its being sucked in so it seems like the fan isn't strong enough, yeah I'm in uk, might get a 6inch fan, just need to find something relatively quite as the tent is in my bedroom >.<

I have tent in my bedroom in 1 bed flat. No probs for me. I have 5inch fan and filter combo, days like today where just mild and pretty chilly, window open, stays within temp. Where it has been hot passed few days it is a fight to keep temps down at times hence recommend the 6inch with speed controller. Having speed turned down with quieten it down also. Don't forget the carbon filter. You will need it. Mine starting to stink in veg after few weeks. My tent is backed against neighbours wall and no probs noise wise but there is a low noise. I run mine daytime so I can sleep. However now keep fan on 24/7 and get used to it. Wouldn't say massively noisy.
