Fan wiring 12vdc 4.5amp

What can I use to hardwire this bad boy? Need to be able to plug it in obviously.

Use an old cell phone charger, or any sort of power adapter like that. As long as its 12v or less, you should be able to wire it.

if you use a lower voltage power adaptor than the fans voltage the fan will not run as fast.

any 12v power adaptor will work. You should be able to buy a multi adaptor to do the job just cut the connector off the adaptor and connect it up. If you connect it wrong the fan will not work, just switch the wires and it will work.
