Ok so I am going to do a small indoor grow starting this weekend I hope... Going to do 3 plants in a 2x4x5 grow tent. Here is what I have so far.

Strains
Mephisto Man Bear Alien Pig x 3 Bears OG
Fastbuds Green Crack
Fastbuds Blackberry

Grown in 5 gallon fabric pots
Soil is Roots Organic Green Lite mixed with 1/3 Canna Coco and ammended with an autoflower super soil mix.

Lighting will be an HLG 260 V2 quantum board in 3000K.

I will post as many pics as I can when I get started... And try to do regular updates.

Ok so the tent went up today. I will get the rest of the setup going tomorrow. I ended up changing a few things. My seed order from Greybeard showed up so we pulled the Blackberry and replaced it with a Barney's Farm Skittlez OG. Also I have done a little more reading on the Roots Organic green lite soil and it already has coco fiber in it. I don't want the coco content too heavy and causing me ph problems so I will not be mixing any coco in with it. I don't intend to ph every time i water the plants. other than that, this grow hasn't changed much. My personal goal since this is my first real indoor grow from start to finish is a quarter pound. I'll be very happy with that, and more than happy if I end up with more than that.

Ok so today I got the light hooked up, and the seeds in peat pellets. I will make sure the exhaust fan is hooked up before the humidity dome is removed and the plants are placed in their pots...

i wasn't planning on ph'ing my water but i have citric acid and tried ph'ing a couple gallons of water today, and it was pretty easy. So i figure it can't hurt to just do it. So I'll will be growing it soil and ph'ing my water between 6.5 and 6.8.

Ok so the Skittlez OG and the Green Crack have sprouted. Still waiting for the MBAPx3BOG to sprout but I am confident it's will be soon. I haven't hooked up the exhaust fan yet. The temps in the tent are in the high 80's so I think I'll be good when I get the exhaust fan in...

My humidity is in the low to med 20's so I ordered a programmable humidifier on Amazon. It will be here Monday. IMG_20200129_221301.jpg

Ok so I checked today and the Mephisto Man Bear Alien Pig x 3 Bears Og has broken the soils surface. So 3 and a half days after planting the seeds, we have 100% germination rate.

I also mixed up my super soil mix. 5lbs of mix with 1 bag of green lite. This allows me to put about 3 gallons of super soil in each of the 5 gallon pots and about 2 gallons of plain green lite. There is a ton of perlite in this mix. I really like it so far. IMG_20200130_175322.jpg

So day 7 from germination... I was afraid to leave the girls in the peat pellets alone, so I put them in their final pots. I didn't want them to get stunted by sitting in the peat pellets and the tap root bottoming out.

Still pretty small... Hopefully the humidifier that is coming tomorrow will help with that...

Today I got the humidifier installed. It is currently set at 70% the plants are all in their final pots... I am looking forward to seeing some growth here over the next few weeks. IMG_20200203_192638.jpg

Might be doing even better if I could get my neighbor to stop watering them every single day... Only guy I know that doesn't know anything about growing but for some reason thinks he knows better than me.

Plants are doing better and I got my neighbor to stop over watering them... Lol
The Mephisto strain looks a little funky but I'm hoping it will start to look more normal this week.this is about 14 days after being planted and I think 11 days after breaking the soils surface.

Well I installed a space heater in the grow room because my hygrometer says temps are dipping lower than I want when the light is off. This did not work out. The heater wasn't shutting off and bumped the temperature up into the 90s.

Well I think the temps are under control now... I should have a better idea tomorrow. The plants are doing good for now. This is day 17 from seed I believe. The Mephisto plant is looking more normal. It's about a day behind the other 2. It didn't break the soil for a day after the other 2 did.

Well with LED's you want to be in the low 80's. I believe 82 is optimal. There was a heater going in here right before this picture and I had just rest my hygrometer to a 24 hour setting. I will see where my temps are at tomorrow. I thought the hygrometer was set on a 24 hour setting before but I was mistaken. This pic was before I reset the hygrometer. The other day I had an issue... It got up into the 90's. I will try to post new temp updates tomorrow.

My first two Mephisto runs sucked, but I'm not done with them just yet.
I like the setup looking good man, hope you brake the qp. curious to see how the soil holds up, do you intend to feed or water only?
