Favorite HID light (bulb, ballast, reflector) manufacturers?

Hey everyone, quick question...

What are your preferred brands/manufacturers when it comes to HPS/MH lighting.

I'm leaning towards getting a 400w HID light and want to know this:

1. Best brand for Light bulbs (MH/HPS)
2. Best brand for reflector
3. Best brand for ballast.

Although I haven't gotten any bulbs online yet (and am currently growing seedlings under a 40 watt CFL), I am leaning towards getting a 400w HPS. The cheapest price that I have found for a complete HID system (HPS light bulb + reflector + ballast) is $95 (then like $20 shipping). High Tech Garden Supply has been recommended to me by several people.

600 Watt costs 1.5x as much electricity. :P Plus I can't find a 600 Watt system for under $150.
