Feeling a little discouraged about my first grow... week 7 of flower

So just fed my girls for the last time and am starting to flush, they are 9 week strains, Purple Cadillac and Grapefruit Romulan. They suffered from pretty awful nute lock for about 2 weeks to a month because I'm a noob and didnt know I needed a water filter.... Anyways, the buds are pretty small and I am really worried they are going to be nothing but larf :(

I did 18 in 5 gallon pots... Based on these pictures what do you think I can hope to yield?

For sure me and my boyfriend just talked about it and we aren't going to start flushing yet. It just sucks cause we are so incredibly broke and need this harvest to go well for our family but barely have enough to buy nutes but we are going to make it work and keep feeding them as recommended per the fox farm feeding schedule.

Dude, your plants look great, don't listen to the recommended flowering times given by seed companies... when they're ready, they're ready, simple. Imo you have another 3-4 weeks to go.
As for flushing, unless you have a nutrient lockout/deficiency/overload, there's no need to flush. Many inexperienced cannabis growers will tell you differently, but they usually know nothing about gardening outside of this one plant.

Also, what's your environment like in terms of humidity and temperature? What light are you using? Exhaust/intake fan? Etc etc

That's understandable. Don't chop early. All the work will be for not.

This is a game of patience.

for a first grow, they look great. agree with the peeps who say another 3-4 weeks. occasional flushing with 1/4 strength nute solution is good. thats what prevents lockout. those plants are green and healthy enough that there not going to starve with a reduced strength flush. if you can measure the ec/ppm of the run off, that will tell you if you have a nute build up or not.

agree, I'll. Say 4-5 weeks also, op u also need to remember u running behind, u got a couple set backs and they are not in schedule.. Look at pic number 3 it looks like just hairs and no buds., also i got to say that they have a nice frost!! Be patient it will be worth it..

Just hang in there, the plants are looking good and are healthy enough to make it another 3-4 weeks. Those buds will start swelling up and if you need weight from this harvest cutting early will only cause you to loose out.

When I finally think my plants are done and ready to chop, I'll wait one extra week.

This tells me that your plants are nowhere ready to start ripening; not an issue they might just be long flowering strains.

You could easily have another 3-5 weeks to go

On the bright side it looks like your plants are flowering very nicely, just be patient and give em time!
